The SCS 8903 8900 Series Dissipative Rubber Mat Roll is constructed using a top color layer of static dissipative neoprene rubber laminated to a bottom black layer of conductive neoprene rubber. This construction provides a worksurface that will not generate static charges and will control the discharge rate from all conductors (including ESD susceptible items) that are placed on this worksurface. The SCS 8903 8900 Series Dissipative Rubber Mat Roll is designed to withstand abrasion, stretching and tearing and may be used in soldering applications with flux and other chemicals. This kit and all the 8900 Series mats are compatible with continuous or constant monitors and are lead-free ROHS compliant.
